Tammy has been a standout employee since she joined our team, and we couldn’t be happier to award her with our monthly Safety Champion Bonus. We met with Tammy yesterday to interview her about her safety leadership at work.
Meet Tammy!
First off, tell me a little bit about your job – what are your day to day responsibilities?
“I build water meter boxes putting nuts and bolts in them. I also use a press machine to press gaskets into the meter boxes.”
How do you work safe or keep your coworkers safe?
“I love all of it! The work is busy and I love it!”
What’s your favorite part of your job?
“I always make sure to let my coworkers know to be careful around any machines that are being used. I make sure to wear my proper PPE at all times.”
Any words of wisdom for other teammates trying to be as successful as you’ve been?
“Safety 1st Always!!”
