We are in complete compliance with April 01, 2012 Alabama Legislation requiring all Alabama businesses to register with the E-Verify program.

In fact, TempForce began utilizing E-Verify in 2008 as part of a national pilot program. E-Verify is an internet based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security & the Social Security Administration that allows employers to verify the employment eligibility of their employees, regardless of citizenship status.

The E-Verification process, although was just recently REQUIRED by the State of Alabama, has been part our standard Hiring Process since 2008.   TempForce is committed to ensure compliance with current law at both the state and federal levels. As an organization, we are dedicated to on-going training of our staff as changes go into effect.
